Loyalty rules

Our way of saying thank you for coming back. It's free, and there's nothing to sign up for: stamps are added to the email address you order with. See your card in your account.

Earning stamps

• You get one stamp for each finished order. It's added when we mark your order as done.
• An order needs to be £10 or more (not counting postage) to earn a stamp.
• Stamps belong to the email address you ordered with. If you order before making an account, your stamps wait for you: sign in with the same email to see them.
• A full card is 5 stamps. Then a new card starts.

Rewards

• Some stamps on the card unlock a scratch card with a reward and a single-use code.
• Full cards move you up a level. Higher levels get better rewards, you never move back down, and reaching a new level unlocks a one-off gold reward.
• Each reward can be used once, on one order, and can't be swapped for cash.
• Unless it says otherwise, a reward runs out 6 months after it unlocks. We'll remind you 2 weeks before.
• To use one, press Use on… in your account, or quote the code when you get in touch. We mark it as used when we apply it.

The small print

• We can remove stamps or rewards given by mistake, for cancelled or refunded orders, or if the scheme is misused (for example, splitting one order into several to collect more stamps).
• We may change rewards, levels or these rules in future. Anything you've already unlocked stays as it was.
• Deleting your account doesn't delete your stamps (they're linked to your orders). Ask us at hello@GemMintEngraving.co.uk if you want them removed. More in our privacy notice.
